On Sunday, October 17th 2010, myself and Lewis Sage will begin an unaided sponsored 350 Mile bike ride from the MS Therapy Centre in Letchworth Garden City, Herts, to Lands End in Cornwall.

We can be described as keen amateur cyclists at most, but with a bit of madness and hard training thrown in to the mix I'm sure it will spur us on that extra bit to complete the challenge.

Why do this you might ask? Well, Multiple Sclerosis affects around 100,000 people in the UK and the MS Therapy Centre in Letchworth provides much needed help and support to those local people who are affected by MS, whether they be those with the disease or the people who care for and support them.
