Story

The 581 miles represents the number of pharmacy and opticians we have in Tesco. During the last week of Healthtember, each Regional Pharmacy Manager is doing something special to contribute and show their passion for health and Diabetes UK. Please support them and this great cause by donating today.

  • Alun Bartlett: Walking 10 miles in the beautiful surrounding of the Yorkshire Dales with Helen, Satvinder, Jonathan and a few pharmacy managers.
  • Jonathan Bridgett: Walking 10 miles in the beautiful surroundings of the Yorkshire Dales with Alun, Satvinder, Helen and a few pharmacy managers.
  • Tony Donnelly: Our very own 75-miler will don the Lycra come rain or shine at the end of September and take on the hills as a personal challenge. Tony will cycle for 75 miles.
  • Satvinder Heer: Walking 10 miles in the beautiful surroundings of the Yorkshire Dales with Helen, Alun and Jonathan and a few pharmacy managers.
  • Sandy Jack: Walking 35 miles along the Disused Railways of Sussex.
  • Rupa Lyall: Walking 25 miles over 5 days with Tesco friends.
  • James McDonald: Doing a 20 mile kayak/cycle along with a 25 mile walk for all Milestone stores.
  • Saf Mohammed: Climbing 7-10 miles on Mount Snowdon in Snowdonia.
  • Kinga Pawlowska: 2km swim in the sea.
  • Mark Raffaitin: 10 mile walk and 2 mile swim.
  • Pedro Sanchez: Walking 37 miles to three of his stores.
  • Vinni Sethi: Doing a 25 mile walk for milestone stores during the week and a 25 mile weekend walk in the Lake District.
  • Jai Shah: 13 miles from walking, swimming, cycling and skateboarding, Jai is going to try to turn London into an obstacle course, using every method of self - propelled transport.
  • Helen Smith: Walking 10  miles in the beautiful surroundings of the Yorkshire Dales with Alun, Satvinder, Jonathan and a few pharmacy managers.
  • Vishal Takkallapelly: Walking 25 miles over 5 days.
