We fund life-changing and life-saving work to support cancer patients at The Christie

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

2010 is going to be an extreme year for us as we challenge ourselves to complete some hard core sporting events.  Neil has run the London Marathon and Ben is taking on a 50 mile ultramarathon in October.  On top of that, we're teaming up to complete the Kindrochit Quadrathlon, an epic 1 mile loch swim, 15 mile fell run (with 7500 foot ascent taking in 7 Munros), 7 mile kayak and 34 mile cycle.  It's going to be tough but someone has to do it.

These are going to be huge personal challenges, and painful at times, but it will be nothing compared to the battles which people face every day at The Christie.  Raising money to support this cause is close to our hearts as we both have personal experience of the wonderful work done by staff at The Christie who have treated close family.  Please give as generously as you can.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thanks and kind regards.
