On Sunday 28th October, I ran the Nike+ Run to the Beat half marathon for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research.

Last year my cousin was diagnosed with an acute form of blood cancer. Seeing what she has endured and continues to do so inspired me to support the fight that she and thousands of people of all ages, from children and teenagers to adults in the UK face every year. 

Your support and donation will help improve the diagnosis process whilst researching into new and personalised treatments for patients. My employer Bloomberg is willing to match donations made up until 30/11/12, which only helps our cause even further as we all know someone directly or indirectly affected by this illness.
