Speight's Coast to Coast · 14 February 2014

Myeloma UK is the only organisation in the UK dealing exclusively with myeloma. We provide information and support to patients and their families and help myeloma patients live longer, with a better quality of life by accelerating the discovery, development of and access to new treatments.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

This is our take on an alternative honeymoon and as it's going to be pretty challenging we thought we'd take the opportunity to raise some money for a good cause.

The Speight's Coast to Coast traverses the South Island of New Zealand from Kumara Beach on the Tasman Sea to Sumner Beach on the Pacific Ocean. Over two days, two person teams cycle 140 kms (three stages of 55km, 15 km and 70 km), run 36 km (including a 33 km mountain stage that crosses the Southern Alps) and kayak 67kms of the grade two Waimakariri River through the Grand Canyon of New Zealand, the Waimakariri Gorge.
