The work 'Live Music Now' does in making music more accessible for those that might not have the means is something that really hits home for me. It comes as no surprise to say music is really what keeps my world spinning but it wasn’t until the accessibility of music was removed from my life that I realised how much I missed it.

A couple of years ago, I was very ill and subsequently hospitalised for a month. The volunteers at the hospital who’d come round and pay the piano to me, reminded me of what a gift it is to play and have access to an instrument. The work 'Live Music Now' does in giving the same gift to others who might not be in the position to access music and instruments is therefore something I feel profoundly touched by.
