Yes you read correctly, Ms Helen Marie Walker will be OUT OF BED on SUNDAY MORNING and RUNNING 5K around Saltwell Park!

If you know me you'll know that being awake on a Sunday am is a challenge in itself, but I'm determined to complete the race no matter what. I know 5K isn't far for most people but as a fervent non-runner it's frankly terrifying to me. I have been doing some training and although running does not come naturally to me at all I promise to do my very best and run as much as possible.
