Vania is a 9 y.o. boy from Ukraine who managed to defeat brain cancer after two year long battle that included chemo and radio treatments. The treatments had a heavy impact on Vania's physical state and development.   At his 9, Vania still has difficulties with physical development and weight deficiencies that does not allow him to walk independently and coordinate his movements. Vania would love to go to school together with the kids from neighbourhood but because of the persisting health problems, he has to stay at home most of the time and get home education.

Thanks to generous donations of Warmed Heart supporters Vania  got a 3 months long treatment in the Guttman Institute, Barcelona, which was a real breakthrough for the boy. After 3 months of specially tailored treatment course Vania made his first steps, he  tried to do some sports, play musical instruments, play with other kids.  He showed incredible progress, however the second phase of the treatment is needed to return the boy to normal life and let him walk and go to school again. Guttman institute tailored 2nd phase treatment course that can be started in 2017 that costs  38150 EUR.
