I am running with my eldest daughter Tilly ...its the first time she has been old enough to run a marathon ....we are going to run together , all the way  ( isnt that lovely Father and Daughter togetherness??!!)  ...and do it under 4 hrs .Its my 5th Marathon ..(best time 3hrs 22 mins ) ..I vowed never to do one again ...the things you do for your kids  ...But more importantly than dad and daughter bonding ( or is it punishment?)we are aiming to raise £5000 for Shelter .
