This page has been set up in loving memory of our friend and colleague
Dr Sharif Hossain. 

Well-loved and respected by colleagues and patients alike, Sharif's
compassion and gentleness stood out to all who knew him. He was actively involved in working to improve the health and well-being of his local community both via his work as a GP and with the Medway CCG. 

His desire for a better and healthier life for all led him to raising
funds for the British Heart Foundation on a number of occasions. Nearly 60 years on from its birth, The BHF remains a beacon for preventative education and research.

Today, we are hoping to raise a few pennies for the British Heart
Foundation in Sharif's memory. We sincerely hope that you will join us in
