This page has been set up by the members of Hitched in memory of John Drew - Melancholies Dad. John sadly passed away on 13th August 2008, a few days after giving Mel away at her wedding to Sam on 2nd August 2008.
Most of the folk who contribute here will only know Mel thru' Hitched and only know John through Mels posts. But over the weeks this story struck a chord with many of us on Hitched - sometimes making us smile and sometimes making us cry.
I think the photo shown here says more than words ever could.
With Mels blessing I now invite you to make a donation to Wakefield Hospice, where John spent his last precious weeks.
