We are a Housing Options Team at Newark and Sherwood District Council who assist homeless people to find safe and secure housing. We cant imagine how difficult life is for those who live in slums in Africa and Asia and we want to help in a small way.

One of our colleagues is taking part in the Reall trip to Malawi in September and we have pledged to 'travel' the 7614 miles from Newark, Nottinghamshire to Blantyre, Malawi to raise money. We will be walking, running, cycling and horseriding to complete the challenge.
