The start: Worthing, Seafront opposite Windsor Road, post code: BN11 1LX, not far from Invoice Finance Office in Farncombe Rd.

The course: An out and back route which will be marshalled, turning at the half way mark. Provided conditions are calm, the course is flat and can lead to some fast times. The event is equally open to accomplished runners as well as anyone who can complete the distance.
