I know all of you will not believe it but I am doing yet more for charity! As incredible as it seems my eternal quest to do good and raise money for those less fortunate than myself continues in the form of the London Marathon in April 2009.

I am running for a charity called BackCare who do some incredible work researching the causes, treatment and prevention of back pain as well as providing support to people whose have been left immobile or seriously injured with back problems. It is an extremely worthwhile cause and something that affects a vast proportion of the population.

I managed to run around last year in 3hrs 42mins so will be gunning for 3hrs 15mins so will be out come wind, rain and snow through the next few months in dark morning and evenings so please do your bit!!
