But the thing is Dad had a mini stroke last year.

Dad thankfully made a full recovery but in the meantime I spent a lot of time googling all the information I could find on stroke causes, symptoms & treatments

Whilst googling I came across Stroke Association and read about the great work they do and immediately decided it was time to dig out the lycra and trainers and raise some funds for this fantastic charity.
