Chris has overcome the devastating loss of 80% of his sight to pick himself up and forge a new career as a Disability Coach at The Albion Foundation, while Ian has been inspired by the work the charity does in the local area.

The pair made the stupid decision to cycle this year's Baggies Bike Challenge on a tandem while enjoying a festive pint.

After many hours of training they are still nowhere near fit enough to cycle the 165-mile route from Preston to West Bromwich in early April.
