Story

J.C. and I have had a collective rush of blood to our heads and decided to ride to Brighton overnight on May 26th/27th. If this wasn’t enough we are both determined to raise £1,000 each for the British Heart Foundation?

We have started our training runs and we are both trying to make sure that we are doing at least 50 or 60 miles a week in preparation. So if you want to encourage two slightly overweight 40 something’s to get fit, lose weight, cycle at least 1,000 miles before the big night, then cycle 64 miles to brighton and raise loads of money - you will have to Give Generously.
