CLIC Sargent was a charity close to my mum's heart, so in her memory I am going to abseil down a 220ft waterfall in Devon.  That's right, you did read that correctly on the 25th September I will be throwing myself over Canonteign Falls, I am raising sponsorship for CLIC Sargent, as the UK's leading CHILDREN'S cancer charity, is the only organisation to offer them all round care and support. That’s because they are there every step of the way, during treatment, at hospital and home, and After Treatment.

This got me to thinking that as a child growing up, life is filled with trials and tribulations and hard enough without major obstacles.

Several people who have had a profound and lasting effect on my life in a very positive and loving way have fought and lost against cancer.

Being inspired by  the Valour and Bravery shown by all sufferers of the Big C especially children I have decided to join the fight.
