I am raising money for Help for Heroes, which has galvanised so many of us. The armed forces really deserve our support especially those who have suffered so much, during the ongoing operations.

I will be doing a 170 mile Warton to RAF Coningsby cycle ride from 18th Sept. This will be in my own time and at my own expense, as well as being a real personal challenge. As of 21/8/10, I have only done 2 training rides of 15 miles each so much work to do!
