Thank you for visiting my page. Im taking part in the British heart foundation "The hearts first bristol harbour fun run" in honour of my grandad who died of heart problems aged 66, and also of my father in law who is about to have a triple heart bypass. Its only 2.5 miles a lap but im going to do it in as quick a time as possible, so please give whatever you can and thanks for your support.
