Story
Cecily was a childhood friend of Ibi's when he lived in Sudan. She was tragically killed in a road accident in 1997 while she was working in Zambia helping children orphaned by AIDS.
Her family has set up a charity in her memory that works with community based organisations to provide much needed education to orphans.
This small charity is really efficiently run and in 2005 they supported over 10,000 children by donating in excess of £160,000. Full details of the charity can be found at http://www.cecilysfund.org/.
Please support us when we join other committed Cecily fund supporters to walk 13 miles across the Yorkshire Dales in memory of Cecily and in support of this extremely worthwhile cause.
Thank you
Ali & Ibi
