Mark Harrington: Having completed my first marathon in 2014 (The Brighton marathon), I had been searching for my next challenge. What better than the largest marathon on earth, joining 50,000 other runners taking in the five boroughs of the city that never sleeps. This time I've recruited 3 of my employees to join me on the journey and to hopefully raise more money for our chosen charity. Those who know me will be aware that this will be a massive challenge for me but I hope to get round the course and better my previous marathon time of 7 Hours 16 Minutes.
Emily Heap: Hailing from a fitness background, Emily is confident she can shake off her running cobwebs and show up the boys.
Jamie Simpson: Openly admits to having not exercised since leaving school ten years ago. Terrible diet.
Darina Bobalova: Certainly the fittest out of the four, Darina hopes her super healthy diet and 5am gym visits will pay dividends.
