9th November

Hello everyone over the last three days I have swum another 3 miles and 12 lengths.   I am nearly there.  So I have now swam 16 mile.  only another 6 to go.  I am really enjoying doing this challenge and intend to continue after the 4th december.

2nd November.

Hi there I swam another mile and a half today.  So that is 13miles in all that this point in time.   Couldnt swim last week as so busy at work.  I am still enjoying this challenge.

20th October.

HI there have just swam another mile and a half  or 102 lengths. So that is 11 and a half miles now, so I am over half way.  It is a great challenge to do.

14th October.

Hello there every another update.  It is Friday Morning and I have swam 100 lengths today.  So in all I have now swam 10miles. I am really enjoy myself.

10th October

Hi there every one, week 4  Monday Morning  I have just swam another 144 Lengths  that is 2 1/4  miles.  So now I have swam over  8 miles and 28 lengths.

7th October.

Hi there everyone.  Over the last 3 weeks I have been taking part in a swimming challenge.  This is involves  me swimming the length of the EnglishChannel which is 22 miles in my local swimming pool over 3 months. To date I have swam 6 miles.   I am enjoying this challenge very much.  The charity I am swimming for is called Aspire. It helps people with Spinal Injuries.  Hopefully none of us will need this charities help but we do not know what the future holds. 

Please if you can donate on my page and also tell all your friends about what I am doing.  The more money I raise the more help we can give to this wonderful charity.
