On Sunday the 28 September 2014 I will be competing in the 'Dirty Destroyer' in Paddock Wood, Kent.

The Dirty Destroyer is an 18k obstacle race designed by ex-British Special Forces combining 25 military style obstacles with challenging terrain to test agility, strength and endurance!

I will be raising money for the British Lung Foundation in memory of my aunt, Johan.
