Incorporated in D.C. in 1997 as a 501c3 nonprofit, ICAF serves American children as their national arts organization that seeds their imagination, cultivates creativity, and grows mutual empathy among them (for “a more perfect union”) and with their peers worldwide (for a peaceful future).
