Flora London Marathon 2006 · 23 April 2006 ·

Our vision is that patients with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses in our area can choose how and where they want to be cared for towards the end of life. We provide 24/7 responsive Hospice at Home care and support for all the family during the illness and through bereavement.

Story

Hi, I'm Oli Hodson, aged 25. I am hoping to complete this, my first marathon, in memory of my school friend Steve Baker who died in 2004 after a long battle with a brain tumour. The Iain Rennie Hospice at Home gave so much incredible support and care to him in his final months that I would like to give something back to help them care for others too.

I'm hoping to raise over £2000 and am currently going through hours of cold, dark, training hell in order to (hopefully) get round in under 4 hours, so please give as generously as you can - your support will do so much to help to keep me going... Thank you so much!!
