The 2.6 Challenge · 26 April 2020 ·
Hi everyone,
We (Aimee, Andy, Arob & Katy) are taking on the 2.6 challenge to make you smile and raise some funds for ThinkForward.
ThinkForward empower young people facing barriers to employment to have a better and brighter future. The young people we work with will be amongst the hardest hit by COVID-19. 1 in 5 don't have any access to technology, putting them behind in their home learning. Others have lost their part-time jobs. A lack of routine is causing anxiety. ThinkForward remains a consistent, trusted support in young people's lives. Our coaches are there to support young people to stay focused on their futures after COVID-19, to use their time productively and draw on their resilience to overcome the challenges they face.
Our 2.6 Fitness Challenge has simple rules:
- Pick an activity from the 26 listed below
- Donate £6 for one of us to do it (please specify) or £12 for two of us, or £16 for all four and note which activity you want in the comments box (or message us). If you want to make it more fun, also let us know what song you'd like us to use as our backing track to your activity.
- Donate £26 for all four of us to do a combo of 2 activities back to back or to name your own activity (keep it clean/legal)
- We'll (attempt) to do that activity for 2.6 mins and send you video proof!
-Feel good about the difference you've made!

WHY 2.6?
The 2.6 Challenge was devised by the organisers of the London Marathon (26.2 miles) which was due to be held on 26th April as a way for people to fundraise to help save the UK's charities that are struggling to carry out their good work due to events cancellations in the coming months.
Thank you for your support!
