Whilst working for Meningitis Research Foundation I had the honour of getting to know some of Connie's friends and family. Connie sadly passed away suddenly after contracting meningitis earlier this year. They are an inspirational bunch of people, although I never met Connie, the reaction of her friends and family prove she must have been a very special person.
