This summer, we are getting on our bikes to raise as much money as possible for a fantastic cause - Norwood.  We're sure you have heard of the great work performed by Norwood and so we are taking part in the Junior Bike Ride on 19 June which is 10 miles long.  After that, Team Adler is taking part in the 60 mile Capital to Coast bike ride on 10 July - although maybe just one of us will be cycling that day.

We know that you get lots of requests for charity donations but we'd be really grateful if you could dig deep to give as much as you can to help us raise lots and lots of money.
