Story
My cousin Paul died of cancer last year - he was a warm, kind, humble and gentle person - he was very caring and was well known for his love of animals.
Paul was very poorly, but there was hope when he started to make slow signs of recovery. Unfortunately it wasn't to be, and his journey ended on 27th August 2014. He was only 52 - far too young to leave us.
I have many happy memories of times when we were growing up as cousins and visiting Grandma's in Felixstowe: flying skull 'n' cross-bones kites on the cliff top at the 'Dip'; eating slippery tinned peaches and sterilised cream in Grandma's flat and feeling sick afterwards; playing in and around the beach hut at the 'Dip'. Then as we got older, I remember listening to music in Paul's bedroom in Taunton, and being introduced to Kate Bush, ABBA and Blondie.
Such lovely memories.
