Those of you that know me know my story. Caring for someone with Alzheimer's is a journey we can all make easier.

You can do your bit by supporting me on the walk and giving whatever you can, I know you will so I'll give you a kiss when I next see ya.

Alzheimer's can creep up on anyone so let's do something positive!

Thank you for supporting me to take part in Memory Walk this year and raise much needed funds for Alzheimer's Society.

All of the money I raise will help support people living with dementia and their families, so your donation will make a huge difference.

If I can raise just £50 then that will pay for someone with dementia to go to weekly Dementia Café sessions for a month, where they can meet others, share experiences and feel less isolated.
