Sometimes I think, what am I doing I must be mad ,sometimes I feel a bit overwhelmed.Those feelings come and go.To all of you who visit this page I can say inspite of  that bubbling cauldron of mixed emotions I am enjoyig this experience.It is new to me,this is my first London Marathon.The more I train,the more I realize the extent to which I can push myself  harder and harder and it feels good.Consistent training has made me faster,built my endurance and most of all the gradual progress I make motivates me to keep on running.

The point of all of this is to show my committment to this journey and my committment to Contact a Family .I am not running this marathon just to raise money for Contact a Family,it goes beyond that I also believe very deeply in the work they are doing for and with families with disabled children.The work Contact a Family  does empowers families to improve the quality of their children's life and  family  life  and most importantly it gives them peace of mind because they have someone to talk to and they know they are not alone.
