Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Every year, the government spends around £ 65,000 keeping each young person under the age of 25 in prison - somewhere in the range of £ 8.5 - 11 billion in total. Around 75% of those under 21 who are eventually released reoffend within 2 years.
Key4Life is a charity that helps young male offenders with a 7-stage alternative rehabilitation plan. It has a reoffending rate of only 17% and a cost per person of only £6,500. The Charity uses emotional change workshops, music, sport and equine therapy (yes, horse therapy), employability workshops and an intimate family based outreach approach to achieve these amazing results.
