I am going to be raising money for Crossroads Lewis which provides care at home, regardless of age, disability or illness for the people of Lewis. Carers and individuals can receive regular support at a time they choose from this service. Crossroads Lewis aim is to value carers, providing respite to give them time to themselves e.g. to attend appointments, socialise or rest. Crossroads Lewis aims to prevent carers from becoming ill through exhaustion and is therefore a very worthy cause.
