This summer Toby Lansdell and myself will be cycling the west coast of France - a journey of roughly 1100 miles. We will be riding unsupported, carrying all of our own gear including tent and averaging roughly 60 miles a day. We are setting off on the 26th June and if all goes to plan we are hoping to complete it in under four weeks.

We will be undertaking this ride in aid of Build It International, a charity based in our hometown of Shrewsbury, which transforms communities in Zambia by training local people to build schools and clinics. Not only does this allow the young people to obtain the skills and support they need to earn a living and support their families but it also provides access to healthcare and education for some of Africa’s poorest communities.

As part of our training on June 6th we cycled "Nightrider" an annual 100km moonlit ride past London's iconic landmarks which we also be undertook in aid of Build It International.

Any donations would be very gratefully received by Build It International, and would obviously boost our morale as we pedal south!
