Interact Worldwide believes in the fundamental right of all human beings to access quality sexual and reproductive health services, including HIV prevention, treatment and care. Unless the third world has access to these services they will never be able to lift themselves out of poverty and the catastrophe of the AIDS pandemic will continue. As such Interact provide sexual and reproductive health services in some of the world's poorest communities and campaign internationally for the right of all people to these services.

In summary, sex needs to be safe. On a personal level, the marathon training regimen is a very effective method of ensuring this as all other forms of strenous physical activity become impossible,  but I appreciate that this is not a soloution for the third world in general.  Therefore, please, please be generous and give as much as you can.
