Story

Dear All,
I did it. I finished the 2003 London Marathon. The official time was 4hrs 54 mins and some seconds. not fast as i would have hoped, but since running it my perspectives have changed.
i hit 'the wall' around the 19 mile marker. thus, i was just happy to finish. (at this point a mega thanks to vicki coombs).
i walked the 19-22 miles and managed to run the remaining 24th,25th and 26th miles mainly due to the crowd pulling me along and the hope that matt was in more pain than me. he probably was and beat me by a not so whopping 7 minutes. good lad.
anyway, thanks for all the support of all forms and monies sponsored, because of this i am well on the way to the target of £1200 (if i collect it all). hopefully i will see you all soon to thanks you personally when i can walk and use my legs again,
thanks again,
James.

Specials thanks go to, Matthew, Team Warwick/Brum mates, Bet365, the traders, Vicki Coombs, St Johns, Gaz's mates, Auntie Steph's badminton brigade, Siz, Jo, Relaxholiday punters, all online sponsors and especially my folks for organising quality raffles on my behalf.
