What have I got myself into??!! I started running earlier this year... Admittedly it was the trainers and the sportswear that enticed me - but with a great App on my phone I am loving my 3-times-a-week runs. Suddenly I find myself signed up for a run in my favourite city, London - It's on 30th September 2012.

The Big Gay 10k has been put together to raise money for some of the UK's leading Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender health and well-being charities. The charities organising the event are London Friend and PACE.

So - friends, family, neighbours and colleagues of mine, please dig as deep as you can to help this amazing charities supporting thousands of people every year.
