Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I know everyone has trouble thinking of what to buy for each other when it comes to birthday gifts.  So I thought I would make it easier for you all by asking for what I would really like .

I will be 60 very soon  - " yes , I know it's unbelievable " I hear you all say in unison !!!! And because I am 60 and have had a good life I don't really need anything.......................The only thing I would like is for you all to donate to a great charity that has helped Parisa enormously this past year.

The Harrow MS Therapy centre is where Parisa goes once or sometimes twice a week to have oxygen therapy. It is full of happy and helpful professionals who have kept her head above water many a time !!!

I would like to reward them for their hard work and to help them help others !
