Jason's 40 Days & 40 Nights ('In') - from 4th March to 14th April

40 Days, 40 Nights ('In')... For Thailand Children · 4 March 2015
"40 Days & 40 Nights ('In') - from 4th March to 14th April"
- For (or '4') Thai Children's Trust. I'm going DRY for THAI.
That's NO ALCOHOL for 40+ Days. Or "Verney's Journeys To Soberland"... (via Thailand)!
I'm No Noah, God or Buddha... But... Saviour? Hardly. However, 'Saving' maybe.
'Saviour' to the pocket and brain perhaps, or 'Saving' money, liver & brain cells... and being more generally focused.
So... Why 40 Days & Nights [maybe that should be 'Nights in' but I'm sure I'll still go out]?
Well, my last feat [the DryAthlon, via Cancer Research UK whereas this time it's for the perhaps lesser known, but just as deserved Thai Children's Trust] was a little over a month - 33 days without alcohol. In fact, had that been a month with 28 days (like... errr... only February), 33 days would have been almost 1 week longer than the committed duration.
Confused?
Anyway... A few weeks have passed and it's time to try it again.
Yes. This time it's 1 'week' longer than those 33 days. Hmmm... What does that equate to? 40 days - unless you mean accumulatively... that would be 73... but one step at a time, if you don't mind!
