Hello Guys :) alas due to illness I was unable to run in July (on my birthday) so I'm running the Cardiff Half Marathon tommorrow to raise money for George Thomas Hospice - a local South Wales based Chairty that provides pallitave care for Cancer patients as well as support to their families.

When my father had Lung Cancer a few years ago they were fantastic - so if you can give anything - even just 50p that'd be fantastic :)
