I suffer from a little known genetic disorder called PKD, it's a chronic kidney disease which means I have cysts on my kidneys which alter the shape and structure of them. People with this condition have a higher chance of brain anyeursms and last year I had double brain surgery to clip these. Anyone who was around me at the time will know the toughest time, the PKD charity helped with providing so much information and therefore it is a charity close to my heart.
