Story

We (Erkan and myself) are raising money in aid of the Neurosurgical department in Alder Hey where our daughter Azen-Ella is a patient.  Azen-Ella has a condition called Trigonocephaly - this means that she was born with the front suture of her skull fused which means that she has a triangular shaped head.  Children with this condition can have developmental problems due to the brain's growth being restricted.  Azen-Ella is very fortunate that she does not currently have these problems but without a major operation to re-shape her forehead she may do in the future.

The Neurosurgical department sees thousands of children with varying degrees of neurological problems and help many many lives.  The money we will be raising will be used for many different reasons including buying toys to help the children staying on the ward.

Erkan and I (and anyone else that wants to join us) will be completing a 10 mile walk from Asda in Runcorn to Castle Park in Frodsham and back again on 22nd November in order to raise the money.

Please give generously - thank you very much!
