'Jessica is a very ill 23 year old woman from Cheltenham who needs urgent surgery, testing, and treatment for her multiple complex health conditions, in order to improve her very poor quality of life.' 

Rather than a Facebook fundraiser, this year for my birthday I am asking for donations towards my surgery fund. Please make my first lockdown birthday special by helping me get closer to a better quality of life.
