This January, the Lido Ladies with be together as pen pals. As Nicola holds the fort in London, Jessica is diving into the minds and pools of the Australians, down under.

Setting a swim goal of 100k in 30 days, Jessica will swim in as many Sydney pools as possible. Sending her findings and thoughts directly back to Nicola in London. 

The flowery duo are wanting to investigate what Australians enjoy and benefit from outdoor swimming. Raising money for Crisis, the pair continue their crusade to raise awareness of the benefits of swimming for both mental and physical wellbeing.
