I'm joining Cancer Research UK's Race for Life this year. after being diagnosed in 2013 and losing many friends I feel I should do something to give something back! I never realised that this was such a common disease and cause of death, until it happened to me. The pain that my family went through, I would not wish that on my worst enemy. If you could spare any money at all even if it's a £1 it would mean the world! I underwent a stem cell transplant in 2014 and I'm still struggling now and frankly to spare anyone the life changing experience I have gone through would be amazing.  Anyone that knows me, knows that exercise is my worst enemy and to do this is a huge thing! Me and my beloved dog Darcie who helped me through everything back in 2013 will be partaking in this event in June this year!
