GB Jet Ski Challenge - 2100 miles on a Jet Ski, around the UK mainland.

27th July 2009 will see the launch of the GB Jet Ski Challenge from the south coast of england, in an attempt to circumnavigate the pleasantly beautiful and, in places, dangerous coastline.  The team will use a 4 Jet-Skis to ride up to 12 hours a day, aiming to complete the trip in around 15-20 days.  The team are particularly looking forward to the north coast of Scotland...it could be intersting.

Whilst we brave the seas for a mere 15 days, please spare a thought for the many RNLI members who brave mother nature on a day to day basis to help those who are 'up poo creek without a  paddle' (as the saying goes!)

 

Raising our target of £10,000 could pay for an inshore rescue boat or 1/3 of a class D inshore lifeboat, so dig deep and lets make it happen!
