In a fitting tribute to my Dad, Mark Birch, 7 times top Northern Jockey, I am going to don a skull cap and goggles again to take part in the Ride of Their Lives Charity race on Dad’s favourite turf at York Racecourse, in aid of Macmillan cancer support on Saturday 16^th June 2018; the day before Father’s Day.

I hope you can support my aim to raise £10 for every race he won - a target of £13, 390.
