Jewish Lads' & Girls' Brigade - Three Peaks Challenge 2009 · 13 September 2009 ·

A gift to JLGB today will help us deliver all the vital activities, programmes, social and volunteering opportunities that young people missed throughout lockdown – essential out of school learning and development that helps keep young people emotionally, mentally and physically well.

Story

The Three Peaks Challenge is to climb the three highest peaks in England, Scotland & Wales in just 24 hours.
At a combined total height of over 3,400m and hiking for over 20 miles.

On the 13th September 2009, JLGB volunteers and parents from across the UK will be taking part and raising money for the welfare fund of the Jewish Lads' & Girls' Brigade. Last year the JLGB awarded more than £20,000 in Welfare Grants, so that young Jewish children could attend JLGB activities, summer and winter camps and participate in the Duke of Edinburgh's Award. This is expected to rise even further as the JLGB receives even more requests to help disadvantaged children and their families.

We would very much welcome your support. Donations of any size will be gratefully accepted.
