Hebe & Phil's cycle from John O'Groats to Lands End

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In August 2015, my dad and I will be cycling 1,100 miles from John O'Groats to Lands End in aid of The Brain Tumour Charity.
We have chosen to support The Brain Tumour Charity, due to several close relations being severely affected by them over the past few years.
Three years ago my Godmother Jo was diagnosed with a Grade 4 brain tumour. After surgery and specialist treatment Jo led an active life until she lost her battle with this terrible disease in November 2013. Jo was a wonderful wife to Paul, mother to sons, Chris and Jim and Grandmother to six Grand Children plus me, her God Daughter. The tragic loss of Jo, the matriarch of this broad family, was a severe blow to everyone. Jo was the lady who watched over everyone in the kindest and most thoughtful way, encouragement here, a little nudge there and always ready to listen, she is sorely missed by all of us.
Sadly, in 2013 my Auntie Rosie also passed away due to a brain tumour. When she was just 18 she was diagnosed and after a life saving operations Rosie recovered to full strength. She was in remission into her late 40's however, the tumour reappeared and became terminal. In 2013 she too lost her fight with this vicious tumour.
